CONFERENCES PACKAGE CAN BE ARRANGED AS PER CLIENT REQUEST.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

 

 

 

Provisional reservations will be held for a period of one week only without written confirmation, after which the reservation will be released. Upon receipt of the pro-forma invoice, a 50% deposit will be payable, in order to confirm the conference.

Should you wish to notify us in writing, together with faxing a copy of the deposit slip to 023 347 2176.
